Note: The attendee should be below than 33 years of age. This is the special registration fee for junior & trainee dentists, research fellows, dental hygienists, dental nurses and dental assistants.

Student Registration:

Note: This is the special concessional fee for under-graduate, graduate, post-graduate students. To be able to register as a student delegates must present a proof of full time enrolment at a recognized university or college for both, the time of registration and during the congress.

e-Video:

This option is most suitable for the speakers who are unable to attend the conference due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Interestingly, most of the speakers were utilizing this novel time saving option. We are offering an exciting new way to participate in the 2023 conference, even if you can't be there in person. Via Video Presentation, you can deliver an oral presentation (pre-recorded HD video).

    Registration Cancellation Policy:

    Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 90 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

    • Cancellation requests made 90 before the conference - full refund, less $99 service charges
    • Cancellation requests made 60 before the conference - refund 50% registration fees
    • Cancellation requests made 30 before the conference - NO REFUND

    Note : Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference. No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemic’s, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.
